Since 2020, I have served as the Creative Director for Domaine Bertagna, working remotely in both French and English. My role has involved refreshing the visual identity, designing their new website on Wix, and crafting a social media strategy that includes the creation of engaging content. Additionally, I have developed targeted marketing initiatives, such as the Art&Vin wine label competition, designed 3D bottle displays and pairing suggestions, and produced various designs for labels and other needs.

In the UI design phase of the project, I developed initial layouts and interactive elements using Adobe XD to optimize user experience and align with the brand. These designs were then implemented on the Wix platform, complemented by front-end coding to enhance functionality and customization of the user interface.
The website is meticulously targeted at wine enthusiasts and lovers, crafted to resonate deeply with those who appreciate the subtleties and nuances of fine wines. The design employs a dark color palette to elevate the brand's image to a premium level while maintaining the authenticity of the winery's heritage. In the realm of social media, a well-crafted content strategy was implemented to engage a discerning audience of wine lovers, ranging from casual enthusiasts to industry professionals. The focus was on educating and informing followers about Domaine Bertagna’s exquisite products and the latest updates. Rather than merely increasing follower count, the strategy aimed to cultivate a niche community passionate about the wine world. This approach led to organic growth, with follower numbers increasing from 400 to over 7,258, reflecting ongoing engagement and connection expansion. These efforts have not only expanded my client's business reach but also fostered valuable connections with buyers, dealers, and distributors.
To maintain the winery's traditional and high-quality essence, the social media presence was deliberately kept natural rather than overly corporate or modern. This preserves the unique and high-end feel of Domaine Bertagna without compromising its distinctiveness. Art&Vin Campaign Competition: Fusing Creativity with Viticulture
An Annual Celebration of Artistic Expression on Wine Labels
Art and wine have shared a symbiotic relationship for centuries, with each drawing inspiration from the other. Domaine Bertagna celebrates this time-honored connection with their annual Art&Vin competition, which invites artists and wine enthusiasts, whether amateur or professional, to design a wine label for their Bourgogne Chardonnay Les Croix Blanches. This competition serves a noble purpose: to provide emerging artists, particularly amateurs, with a platform to showcase their work on a product that will be seen and appreciated by a wide audience, thereby transforming each bottle into a unique piece of art that captures the essence of both the wine and the artist’s vision.
Logo Design and Visual Identity Led the design of a subtle yet distinct logo for the Art&Vin competition, establishing the visual identity for the campaign.
Social Media Campaign Created and managed the advertising content for the competition across social platforms, particularly Instagram, featuring both video and image ads. This was supplemented by reminder posts throughout the competition month to keep the audience engaged.
Landing Page Design and Development Developed a functional landing page complete with an application form and provided artists with necessary label specifications in a downloadable PDF format. This landing page was key in facilitating the application process and enhancing participant engagement.
Post-Competition Engagement Celebrated the winning artist with dedicated social media posts showcasing the new label on the wine bottles, highlighted the awarded certificate, and continued to foster engagement by featuring the artist’s work.
