Kimberly-Clark, a global leader in personal care and hygiene, owns renowned brands such as Kleenex, Huggies, Kotex, Scott, Poise, and Depend.
The project focused on creating a LinkedIn hiring campaign and career landing page to support Kimberly-Clark’s new Chicago offices recruitment efforts and talent branding. Additional digital assets, including email outreach and internal recruitment materials, contributed to employer branding efforts. The project also extended to initiatives such as the 150th Anniversary digital billboard campaign and OOH, reinforcing Kimberly-Clark’s position as an industry leader.

A Visual Approach Rooted in Strategy & Location
To support Kimberly-Clark’s hiring efforts for its new Chicago offices, Alchemiize set the strategy and defined key employer values, shaping the foundation of the LinkedIn recruitment campaign. The campaign focused on attracting top talent by emphasizing flexible work, career growth, real impact, and an inclusive culture—all essential to Kimberly-Clark’s employer brand.
Building on this foundation, I developed the visual direction using a mixed media collage, centering the campaign around a 3D locator icon integrated with an illustrated Chicago cityscape and real photos of people.
This approach reinforced a sense of place while maintaining a dynamic, welcoming aesthetic. The visuals featured diverse professionals, highlighting Kimberly-Clark’s inclusive workplace culture and career opportunities. By positioning individuals within the illustrated cityscape, the design emphasized human connection and growth. Employee testimonials and clear messaging further strengthened the company’s positioning as a purpose-driven workplace.
