The project focused on developing a comprehensive talent brand campaign that highlighted IGT’s diverse gaming sectors, including Digital Games, Scratch, Slots, and Lottery. A key element was the social media campaign, which integrated a large-scale employee photo shoot to showcase the real people behind IGT. This campaign was strategically designed to roll out across IGT’s six corporate offices, reinforcing its employer brand and engaging top talent in the gaming industry.

The concept & visual direction were built around real employees, blending authentic photography with dynamic graphic elements inspired by IGT’s gaming universe. The result is a vibrant, engaging, and immersive experience that reflects the energy of working in the gaming industry. The campaign’s bold colors and playful compositions invite prospective candidates to see IGT as a place where creativity, innovation, and fun intersect. These visuals were deployed across LinkedIn and other digital hiring platforms while also being adapted for banners, sell sheets, and website assets, ensuring a cohesive and recognizable brand presence across multiple channels.
